We have a fantastic opportunity for a Document Controller to join our team within our division out of our Head Office in Central London Zone 1. As a Document Controller, you will work with the Commercial Director, Design Manager and their team to provide a consistent and timely service to the development teams by ensuring that project information/drawings/documentation is managed, communicated, filed, and retrievable in accordance with Procore.

* To attend internal project start-up meetings to ensure a smooth transition from project inception to construction phase.
* Maintain knowledge and understanding of the DC process at operational level.
* Ensure documentation follows approvals process.
* Control and implement the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by the department teams in-house as well as external design teams.
* Carry out quality assurance checks on all information uploaded.
* Process in-house documentation which requires signature from the senior management team in a timely process
* Ensure all documents are up to date and completed correctly prior to internal or external audits.
* Support internal and external users regarding system issues.
* Manage the Procore project workspace and action requests such as adding new users to the workspace when/if required
* Confident in providing Procore training when/if required physically or via TEAMS
* Help solve Procore problems that arise from any contractor and design team members
* Printing, logging, and recording of all RAMS, Hot Work Permits and Permits to Work throughout the project.
* Liaise with production team regarding handover information/documentation.
* Input document data into standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
* Complete monthly reports as required.
Experience/Knowledge Required:
* IT literate – Office 365
* Experience in using Procore
* Minimum of five years' experience of carrying out a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise and coordinate activities between departments.
* Prioritise workload when managing multiple contracts/tasks.
* To have a positive and flexible approach to work, integrate with the existing team, and provide support and guidance to others when required.
