Estimator - Construction Main Contractor

A fantastic growing construction company are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. Working out of their Lymington office, the Estimator will be pricing high end residential projects from £100k to £3m across the region.

Duties:

· Working closely with the Management team to seek out new project possibilities.

· Reviewing marketing strategies.

· Liaising with clients and sources of potential projects such as Architects & Surveyors.

· Reviewing tender documents and ensuring the correct information available to accurately quote for the works.

· Preparing and submitting PQQ and tenders.

· Developing and managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and acquiring competitive quotes.

· Performing material take-offs.

· Reviewing estimation data; analysing for improved short and long-term strategies.
