Location: London - (Hybrid working, 2/3 days on-site)

Duration: 4 Months

Day rate: £610 inside IR35

Project Task

Analyse existing ServiceNow resolver groups within Seller ServiceNow instance and propose approach to transition/migrate resolver groups to Customer ServiceNow instance.

Skills

10+ years ServiceNow experience with hands-on experience of implementing and rolling out ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and ITAM modules
Good communication, presentation, reporting and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Architecture skills
Transition/Transformation experience

Responsibilities

Implementation and roll out of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and ITAM modules
Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
SME expert on ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and ITAM modules
Support/steer the tower cross delivery/country location
Standard run operation experience
alignment with client
Handover to delivery skills
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
