Sales Support Executive is needed for this business supplying Specialist Retailers, Hotel and Restaurants with high quality Luxury Food Products for their discerning customers.

Highly successful business within the Food Industry THE SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Key responsibilities:

Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
Sustaining solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Assisting Key Account Managers with admin tasks and updating the system
Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders
Maintaining and updating the in-house software with customer information
Creating and presenting detailed sales reports to the Sales team THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Good telephone manners and excellent English speaker
Chinese speaker or worked for a Chinese company is a plus
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word and general IT skills essential
