One of our clients is seeking a skilled Commercial Manager with a focus on contract management to join their team on a contractual basis. This role is pivotal in managing complex commercial and contractual elements within the aviation domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration and compliance
Ensuring all contractual obligations are met in accordance with company policies and industry standards
Identifying, managing, and mitigating commercial risks and opportunities
Collaborating with project teams to support project delivery and performance
Preparing and negotiating contracts, variations, and claims as needed
Leading commercial discussions and communications with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Providing strategic commercial advice to senior management
Maintaining accurate and timely contract records and documentation

Job Requirements:
