Our client, based in Chipping Warden, is a successful, small business that works with large corporations across the country, supporting their customers with all areas of desktop IT support and telecom support. Due to team expansion, they are now looking for an Accounts Assistant, on a part-time permanent basis, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday (can be flexible). Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and reconciling transactions in a dynamic business environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business in the local area, and we are particularly interested in candidates with a proven track record in similar roles.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and processing purchase invoices and running supplier payments.
Receiving phone calls.
Running monthly statements.
Assisting with month end procedures.
Prepare reports.
Complete nominal transactions.
Accounts receivable & accounts payable.
Reconcile accounts and cash received into the bank.
Handle and manage expenses. 
Any other ad-hoc accounting tasks. Key Skills & Experience:

Previous accounting experience in a transactional processing role (accounts payable/receivable). 
General accounting/bookkeeping experience. 
Good overall communication skills. 
General IT skills (MS Office). 
Own transport due to rural location. Additional Information:

Working hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am-5pm (can be flexible with days).
Salary: £27,000 FTE
On-site free parking.
Office based in Chipping Warden.
Company pension.
