Role Overview: As a Lunch Time Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our students enjoy a safe and nurturing environment during lunch breaks. You'll be working with children in Key Stage 1 and 2 who have a range of SEN needs, including profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), autistic spectrum condition (ASC), and Down Syndrome. * Location: Shadwell

* Type: Part Time

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM (with options for additional cover)

* Start Date: Immediate

Daily Duties Include:

* Supervising lunch hour for KS1 and KS2 students with SEN

* Assisting students with their meals and personal care needs (on occasion)

* Encouraging positive social interactions among students during lunchtime

* Supporting children in overcoming challenges related to their SEN

* Maintaining a clean and safe environment in dining areas

* Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure every child's needs are met

* Engaging students in fun activities to promote social skills and teamwork
