Senior Transport Operations Clerk 

We are excited to support our client who are the UK's leading food & drink wholesaler who require a Senior Transport Operations Clerk to work in their distribution centre.

This position is to initially a 12 month fixed term to cover maternity leave and will include training.

Working as part of a larger team you will be experienced working with drivers or within a similar transport role with some team management or supervisory experience and confident in supporting the day to day administration of the Transport department,

What we offer Senior Transport Operations Clerk :

Pay rate: £18.25ph + Holiday Pay

              £14.60ph for training if during the day

Shifts:     Tuesday - Saturday (Apply online only)

What we are looking for Senior Transport Operations Clerk :

Experience with drivers or a similar transport role would be ideal however, transferable skills will be considered.Senior Transport Operations Clerk - You will  
Supervisory or people management experience required to oversee Operations Clerk
Data Entry / Administrative Experience
Excellent PC and communication skills
Ability to work on own inititive and within a busy team

Expectation for Senior Transport Operations Clerk :

Completing the relevant accident investigation paperwork
Ability to analyse verbal and numeric data
Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
Good Time management and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
