We are looking for people to work on a Hybrid basis for a growing claims company.
Where: Hybrid with our Newcastle under Lyme office, ST5
When: Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with a 1-hour lunch, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,000pa - £27,000pa DOE
What you will be doing:
Cultivating strong client relationships. Helping clients to develop comprehensive recovery strategies in alignment with their organisational needs. Being their priority contact, answering any queries and being readily available for meetings.
Providing extensive reporting making sure that any KPIs set by the client are adhered to.
Following a comprehensive debt recovery process. Proactively chasing the recovery for our clients alongside the progression of the claim. This is inclusive of sending numerous letters of action, providing outlays, advising of the consequences of recovery action and ensuring we adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Dealing with any disputes presented from third parties in a professional and timely manner.
Evaluating liability by conducting extensive file and evidence reviews.
Referring the recoveries over to our clients’ solicitors where necessary. Being a point of contact for their legal teams and being readily available to send them any claim information. What we need from you:
Previous knowledge of debt recovery and/or subrogation processes
Experience working in insurance or a legal environment
Negotiation skills
Organizational skills
Client facing skills
