Role:  Senior Business Analyst 
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
 
Holt Recruitment is working with a company in Bournemouth who are looking for an Senior Business Analyst  to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
 
What’s the role?
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Analysing the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
Deliver business analysis services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of any change initiative
Contribute to the development of the Business Analysis Practice by undertaking Continuous Professional Development and identifying and implementing changes to BA services and deliverables
Lead shaping of changes, understanding business drivers and clearly articulating the business need for change
Identifying any problems with the current business model
Manipulating data creating spreadsheets and putting into charts
Preparing and delivering a report of their findings 
Financial Modelling
Working in the bid team/processes. 
Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvementsWhat do you need as an Senior Business Analyst? 

High attention to detail.
Number oriented
Desire to learn Bid 
To be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have technical and analytical thinking.
CRM experience.
Experience within the renewable energy sector is desirable but not essential.
Ambitious, able to work as part of a team.
Experience in data/business analysis.
