Job Title: Part Two Architectural Assistant

Location: Suffolk

Salary: £25,000- 30,000 dependent on experience

I am seeking a passionate Part Two Architectural Assistant to join a successful Architectural and planning consultancy in one of their two offices in Suffolk. This dynamic practice has a diverse portfolio of building types from leisure, agricultural and commercial to housing developments. Their multidisciplined talented team are comprised of planners, designers, architects and technicians and benefit from a collaborative working environment where they can progress with regular training and support. Also on offer is flexible working arrangements a competitive salary and a mix of interesting projects. with a number of exciting projects on the horizon they are keen to add to their extensive experience and design capabilities with he addition of a driven Part Two Architectural Assistant.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will boast strong creativity and design skills, a year or two of post part Two qualification experience and experience with AutoCAD and Sketch Up.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

Ideally 1-2 years post Part Two qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
Part One & Part Two qualifications
Well versed in industry standard software such as AutoCAD, sketch Up and Adobe Suite
Good knowledge of Building Regulations
Ideally an insight across the RIBA stages from practice experience
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Demonstratable technical excellence
Great communication and presentation skills
Proactive and positive approach to work
Keen to input to company growth
Experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects
Sector experience such as residential, commercial and agricultural
Live locally to Suffolk
