Position: Child and Family Support Worker

Location: London, Camden

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: FTE £35,814 - £37,437 including inner London allowance

Part-time: 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Family Support Worker to join an excellent team in Camden. This role involves engaging with parents/carers and children through individual and group-based support, addressing social and emotional factors affecting children's learning and development. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with parents/carers and children through individual and group-based support.
Address social and emotional factors affecting children's capacity to learn and develop.
Work with families from diverse communities and situations.
Collaborate with a wide variety of outside agencies.
Maintain good daily records and manage a caseload effectively.
