This top Law firm with offices in East Sussex and Kent are looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal to be based either their Sussex or Kent offices the role is also available with hybrid working.
The purpose of the role is to provide legal support to the firm's Private Client Department and in particular, to support the Department's Partners and Solicitors by providing Legal input on areas including drafting Wills and LPA's, management of probate matters, the management of files relating to Deputyships and the general management of client's affairs. The role requires management of own case-load and involves direct client engagement and matter related time targets.
1) Drafting Wills to give effect to the client's wishes.
2) Drafting Wills incorporating Life interest Trusts and Discretionary Trusts of Residue.
3) Nil rate band discretionary Trusts.
4) Drafting of Legal Powers of Attorney.
5) Registration of EPAs/LPAs.
