This Finance Manager will give an experience part-qualified accountant the opportunity to lead the transnational finance team, support the Financial Controller and help the company continue their fast growth.

My client are a fast-growing, scale up technology company looking to expand their London finance team. Following a recent acquisition the finance team need additional support and leadership.

Description

As the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and managing two accounts assistants
Reviewing purchase and sales invoices uploaded by the accounts assistants
Approving payment runs prepared by accounts assistants
Reviewing and reconciling the balance sheet & profit and loss accounts on weekly and monthly basis
Posting journals (payroll, accruals and prepayments)
Preparing budgets and forecast on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Supporting with variance analysis and ad hoc reports
Liaising with external and internal stakeholders including auditors

Profile

The successful Finance Manager:

AAT qualified or Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent
Previous management experience is essential
Strong excel ability
Strong accounting system experience
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Demonstrable previous process improvement and implementation experience is desirable
Experience in SME company is desirable Job Offer

£50,000 - £60,000 salary
