Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Safety Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester/Liverpool.

What the job will be doing

* Accountable for range of projects meeting all applicable regulatory & statutory requirements for delivery of fire risk remediation works & building safety works

* Fire door surveys & compartmentation surveys

What you will need

* Abaility to use initiative and quickly identify, react and manage increasing FRA ACTIONS

* Excellent written and verbal communication
