An established law firm in Glossop is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied claimant caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

Requirements

* Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with relevant legal expertise.

* Minimum of 1 year’s experience handling personal injury cases.

* Proven ability in negotiation and dispute resolution.

* Familiarity with Proclaim case management software.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

* Managing a diverse caseload of Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims.

* Handling cases from instruction through to resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.

* Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with clients and third parties.

* Engaging in negotiation and dispute resolution to achieve favourable client outcomes.

* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
