Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join their client in Watford. This role involves supporting the production process and ensuring all tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out production tasks with high attention to detail
Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards
Assist with manual handling and heavy lifting as needed
Ensure all products are packaged and prepared in accordance with guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets
Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly
Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to perform physical tasks, including some heavy lifting
Previous experience in food production, pharmaceutical production, or laboratory environments is preferred
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
