A successful 'Head of Fire and Building Safety' should have:
A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Fire Safety or Facilities Management.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the property industry.
Strong knowledge of fire and building safety regulations.
Experience in managing a diverse property portfolio.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A competitive salary of between £90,000 and £96,000 per annum, depending on experience.
