The Role:

Lead the BDM team, drive business growth, and expand the client base
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve team performance, and drive revenue
No travel required other than commuting, office-based roleThe Person:

Proven experience in a Senior BDM or Sales Lead role, with a strong track record of sales growth
Engineering background ideally
Hands-on experience in phone-based sales, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building
