Four-night week: Monday – Thursday, 7:00pm – 4:45am
Highly competitive pay: £26.47 per hour (£50,928 basic per year) Overtime up to £34.74 per hour
Career progression: Genuine opportunities to develop and grow within the businessThe Role As a Plater / Welder Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of platers and welders, ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently
Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
Coordinating materials, equipment, and workflow to maximise production efficiency
Supporting the development of team members, including apprentices
Maintaining accurate documentation, completing permits, and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Working closely with production management to report progress and resolve any issuesWhat We’re Looking For
Strong plating and welding experience in a structural steel manufacturing environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in reading and interpreting drawings
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, hands-on approach with the flexibility to work overtime when requiredBenefits
