Role Overview
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be a crucial part of a dynamic and supportive team that values individual contribution and professional growth. Conveyancing Assistant Responsibilities:
Support the Conveyancing team with both routine and complex administrative tasks
Amend and collate letters with enclosures, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines
Secure appropriate signoffs from relevant Lawyers
Handle post-completion tasks with increasing levels of responsibility
Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, and third parties
Manage correspondence, calls, and emails promptly and professionally
Collaborate closely with Matter Lawyers, Team Manager, and Real Estate Group members
Contribute to the team's high-quality service standards
Conveyancing Assistant Requirements:
Proven experience working within Conveyancing with a solid understanding of procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated skill in completing tasks quickly and accurately
Advanced IT skills with ability to quickly learn new systems
Commitment to working within a quality standard environment
Passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Own transport required due to location
