UPS Engineer required. My client is a leading supplier of UPS and Generator systems across the UK who are looking to bring a UPS Engineer on board to bolster their team in Fareham. The ideal candidate will come from a Service & Maintenance background, will have experience with the UPS/IPS, will ideally have experience working in Healthcare environments and will be based within a commutable distance of Gosport.

UPS Engineer Job Overview

Servicing and repairs along with offering support and training to other staff
communicating with customers, sub-contractors and staff on technical issues
Make recommendations and advice for solutions to site issues as well as advising on required spare parts fitment
Undertaking diagnosis, fault finding and rectification
Liaise with specialist subcontractors to ensure SLA's are achieved
Travelling throughout the UK as required including nights away

UPS Engineer Job Requirements

HNC/HND/BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Multiple years direct UPS service experience
Additional background experience in Electrical/Electronic equipment specifically Power Electronics
Computer Literate (All office associated programs such as, word, excel, outlook)
Previous field service experience essential
Excellent customer service skills
Full UK Driving licence
Base within a commutable distance of Gosport

UPS Engineer Salary & Benefits

Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Full time Monday - Friday + Overtime
