Are you a Mental Health Nurse with leadership experience and a passion for developing others? We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Nurse to work for the largest provider of Mental Health care in the UK.

The role is based in South West London and gives the opportunity to work across a number of settings, providing variation to your day to day duties. The Senior Mental Health Nurse position offers an attractive salary of £45,000 per annum, with a welcome bonus of £5,000 and yearly bonus of £1,000. 

As a Senior RMN, your duties will include:

Delivering high-quality, service user focused care
Participating in the development of new services and care pathways
Leading, supervising and mentoring the nursing team
Engaging in continuous quality improvement within your serviceThe successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. You will need:

The ability to develop others to a high standard
