A high-end Project and Cost Management consultancy are seeking a client facing Project Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years' experience within a PQS environment as they grow the London office.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be working within the private sector on luxury, high valued projects including basement refurbishments, 5* hotels (UK and Europe), and prime residential properties.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering pre and post contract services, as well as taking ownership of certain projects, from inception to completion.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Package
