We are currently looking for a confident Technical Sales Engineer to join a leading manufacturer - you will get the opportunity to join a dynamic team to support sales across the Uk & Ireland. This is a brilliant opportunity for an eager sales engineer to step into a key role within the sales department

As a Technical Sales Engineer you will be required to:

Work closely with the external sales team to develop and present tailored solutions
Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and identify customer needs
Generate and follow up on quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery
Provide expert guidance on product selection and configuration based on customer requirements
Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments through training sessions.
Work with marketing teams to support campaigns, webinars, and promotional activitiesQualifications and experience required

Degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics or a related field)
Previous experience in a sales environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply electronics-based solutions
Understanding of test and measurement systems, signal switching, or simulation products
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
