Prospero Teaching are working with a lovely primary school in Kent who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team after Easter until the end of the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to make a positive impact on the students and be part of a supportive and welcoming school environment.
The Role:
· Teaching Year 3 pupils in a friendly and supportive environment.
· Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons to meet the curriculum requirements.
· Foster positive behaviour and create a safe learning environment.
· Work closely with a team of experienced and supportive staff members.
· Provide pastoral care and guidance to students, ensuring their well-being and progress.

The Ideal Candidate:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching in Year 3 (desirable but not essential).
· Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching.
· Passion for supporting children's development and a commitment to their success.
· Ability to work well as part of a team.
· DBS checked (or willingness to obtain one).
