Pre-Construction Admin using "MyConsole", "Deltek", "ViewPoint and "Sterlig SaaS"

* Create Enquiries

* Update/ add relevant data Key dates, financials o Add/ update key contacts/ addresses

* myConsole housekeeping

* "Integrated Management System" (IMS). (Ensure OP1 protocols are adhered to

Multiple Outlook Diary Management

* Internal meetings, travel, site visits, client and supplier meetings

* Accessing, downloading/ uploading information to the Tender management portals

Document Control including:

* checking and updating tender documentation.

* Printing documentation as required.

Tender enquries:

* Updating database; chasing and tracking supply chain progress.

* Tender launch/ mid tender meetings - note taking and updating portals and documentation

* Accessing, downloading/ uploading information to the Tender management portals

Commercial:

* Take a proactive approach to reducing costs and increasing efficiencies

Additional:

* Disk Management

* Estimating backups

* Issue trade and material packages for pricing
