KPJ Group is currently recruiting for a Grinder to join a reputable metal fabrication company in Westhoughton, Bolton.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to work within a dedicated team, focusing on achieving high-quality finishes for metal products.

What’s on offer?

* £11.44 per hour

* Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm

* 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

* Standard pension scheme

* Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)

What will you be doing as a Grinder?

* Finishing and grinding metal components to ensure smooth surfaces and accurate finishes

* Grinding out any imperfections to maintain high-quality standards

* Smoothing welds for a polished and professional appearance

* Loading finished products onto pallets for efficient storage and dispatch

What do you need?

* Experience in grinding or a similar finishing role in a manufacturing environment

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
