You’ll report to the Operations Director and be the face of their fast paced, flagship site in the heart of Northamptonshire. Volumes are strong, and demand is only going one way—up. But there’s work to do. Upskilling. Cross-training. Elevating quality to meet the standards of the top-tier retailers.

Your focus will be operations, but you’ll work cross-functionally with other department heads, leading continuous improvement projects and acting as the right-hand person to the Operations Director.

Who You Are

You’re already an established Factory Manager or Operations Manager. You’ve worked in chilled, high-paced food manufacturing environments and know how to handle constant change.

You’ve built and developed teams. You’ve delivered real improvements. And you’ve got the examples to prove it.
