What You’ll Be Doing

* As a Commercial Sales Agent, you’ll be handling mostly inbound enquiries and turning them into happy customers! Your mission? Maximise sales opportunities while providing top-notch customer service.

* Engage with potential new customers and help them find the perfect insurance policy

* Follow up on quotes and close deals like a pro

* Hit and exceed your sales targets and KPIs

* Stay organised with a strong sales pipeline to keep those deals rolling in

* Learn and master the company’s full suite of products (with full training!)

What We’re Looking For

* Sales superstar with experience in insurance or a similar industry (preferred)

* Proven track record in hitting targets and smashing KPIs

* A positive, driven, and adaptable mindset

* Ability to prioritise and organise tasks efficiently

* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Team player who also thrives on individual success

* Willingness to work towards a Cert CII qualification (a bonus but not essential!)
