Site Manager (Future Project Manager)
Location: Crawley | Sector: Retail & Leisure | Start: ASAP (or up to 4 weeks' notice)
Salary: £55,000 - £62,500

We're looking for a Site Manager (No1) to lead a 20-week, £2m phased refurbishment of a live leisure facility in Crawley. The scope includes:
·Structural alterations & temporary works
·Demolition & installation of a mezzanine floor
·Drainage & groundworks

What your background may look like:
You've spent a few years running your own jobs and can work independently but want career progression and strong support when needed. Ambition to become a Project Manager.

Experience in:
·Retail, leisure, or commercial fit-out & refurbishments (live environments preferred)
·Technical building knowledge & process-driven project management
·Client-facing roles, with excellent communication & leadership skills
·Demonstrating loyalty & commitment in previous roles

Qualifications: CSCS | SMSTS | First Aid

Location: Based in the South East & open to nationwide work (if needed)
