Factory Trainer

ISQ Recruitment is working with a leading food manufacturer in Norfolk seeking an experienced Factory Trainer to join the team. This company is part of a global group and is committed to emphasizing quality and innovation in all of their products.

Key Duties

Coordinate and deliver training as identified for roles inc. Food Safety, Allergen, Equality & Diversity, Integrity, etc.
Perform assessment activities to ensure that staff have retained the learning / knowledge.
Work with the business to ensure compliance levels are maintained at agreed levels.
Assist in maintaining learning KPIs.
Assist in maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS).
Write, review and amend SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and OPLs (One Point Lessons).
Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts and performance techniques. This list is not exhaustive and the job holder may be required to undertake other duties commensurate with the position as required.

Key Criteria

Training based qualification / certification (desirable).
Experience in a Training role within the manufacturing environment.
Confidence to deliver training content to groups of employees.
Experience using a Learning Management System (desirable).
Excellent people, organisational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. (Please note this client does not offer VISA sponsorship, only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK and relevant experience will be considered)
