Endeavour is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our leading client and help them shape the future of mobile security.
The selected Business Development Manager will join our client’s Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and forging strategic client partnerships.
The Business Development Manager’s responsibilities will include:
* Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating customer activities.
* Sales Initiatives: Engage with potential customers and orchestrate RFX responses.
* Client Relationships: Cultivate and enrich business relationships with our valued clientele.
* Collaboration: Work with local/regional MNO sales teams to develop the solutions business with existing and new accounts.
* Technical Consulting: Provide top-tier consulting services, understand customer needs, and champion client’s products.
* Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities in the Telecoms and IOT industries.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
* Solution Presentation: Articulate the value proposition of our digital and IoT offerings through engaging presentations, demonstrating how they address the unique challenges of Telecom companies.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
* Sales Opportunities: Hunt for sales opportunities, uncover hidden gems and maximise our sales potential.
Skills and experienced required:
* Educational Background: Advantageous to have a university degree in a technical field or related area.
* Experience: Proven experience in international sales, particularly in the telecommunications, IOT or software sectors. Ideally, a background in MNO business (not essential).
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital solutions and IoT technologies.
* Relevant experience from within the industry (Valid, IDEMIA, and Thales)
* Skills: Sharp analytical skills and decisive decision-making abilities.
* Travel: Willingness to travel internationally regularly.
* Communication: Strong social, communication, and presentation skills.
* Cultural Adaptability: Experience thriving in diverse cultural environments.
* Personal Traits: Self-driven, open-minded, and creatively inclined individual who thrives on achieving results and propelling sales and business development forward.
* Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
