• Flexible Shifts: Choose from either AM (Mon-Thurs, 4x10 hours) with Fridays optional overtime (4am-2pm) or PM (12pm-10pm).

• Extensive Training: Gain certifications in areas like crane and cherry picker operation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on morning production meetings and review daily maintenance plans.

• Execute preventative maintenance across five key areas of production.

• Carry out regular checks, from greasing and crack checks to maintenance tools.

• Engage in root-cause analysis to prevent breakdowns and support planned shutdowns.

• Dive into hydraulic systems and multi-skilled tasks, ensuring equipment is always running at its best.

• PM Shift? You’ll be focused on project work and shift changeovers.

What You’ll Bring:

• Engineering qualifications are preferred but experience is key in mechanical or welding.

• Solid experience in hydraulics and maintenance in industrial settings.

• A background in heavy industries desired like quarrying or production maintenance.
