Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer  to join their team on a full time basis.

If you have experience in Conveyancing and are looking for a new challenge, Then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
 
This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 annum depending on experience.
 
Responsibilities as a Licensed Conveyancer :

Managing a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant disputes.
Drafting and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements, and other property-related documents.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other professionals.About you as a Licensed Conveyancer :

A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial and residential property, landlord, and tenant law.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues to clients clearly and concisely.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.Benefits:
