Salary - £27,000 - £31,000

Hours - 7.15am – 5pm (Often finish early from 3.30pm)

Location –outskirts of Dorking – Covering South East

Our well-recognised Client is a company providing high quality garden maintenance, tree surgery and fencing services across Surrey and West Sussex. They provide professional services to loyal, Private Clients and are actively seeking to recruit an experienced team leader to join their expanding Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to join the Business at an exciting stage of growth.

Duties:

* Mentoring other staff, managing the team’s day

* Building relationships with clients and giving advice, speaking with high end clients.

* Hedge cutting and lawn maintenance

* Identification of pests, Diseases and feeding issues.

* Weed Identification. Lawn Care.

* Planting.

* Pruning of shrubs, Wisteria, Roses and Climbers

* General Garden maintenance duties

The Candidate:

* Hold a full clean driving licence.

* Be proficient in the safe and correct use of Mowers, Backpack Blowers, Strimmers, Hedge Trimmers

* Reliable and possess a real passion for Gardening work.

* Excellent customer relations, polite and courteous nature is a must.

* Previous team leading experience.

* Good plant knowledge (A knowledge about flowers and plants is also a huge benefit to this position).

* Confident in supervising staff members – motivating them and teaching them with your own skills and knowledge.

* Be able to identify tasks to be carried out in a clients garden.
