Valeco Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client again, who are an established Scottish Professional Services firm who are hiring a permanent full time Office Administrator who will play a vital role in supporting their operations. We're seeking a dedicated and organised individual to provide administrative support across various areas, including:
* Client Relations: Handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
* Data Entry: Accurately inputting data into our systems.
* Systems Maintenance: Assisting with the upkeep and optimization of our office systems.
* Board Meeting Support: Preparing materials, taking minutes, and providing administrative support for board meetings.
* General Office Duties: Managing reception duties, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a smooth-running work environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience working in an office environment, preferably in the financial or accountancy sector.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
