I am working with a maintenance contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join the team in Cornwall. You will be working as part of a team carrying out responsive maintenance within occupied and empty properties.

Duties will include:

General carpentry repairs
Replacing fencing, skirtings, architraves
Hanging doors & adjusting windows
Replacing and repairing locks
Replacing kitchen units and surfaces
Repairing and replacing guttering 
Painting  You will need:

A qualification in Carpentry
Experience within a similar role
Clean driving licence 
Own tools
