Are you an organised Customer Service Professional with a confident telephone manner looking for a different challenge to progress your career? Meridian have recently won a number of new contracts and are therefore looking for a bright, Customer Service individual to join our National Recruitment Centre as a Recruitment Resourcer with the flexibility to work from home!

This Recruitment Resourcer role is a permanent role offering a salary of £24k per annum working full time 8am–5pm Monday to Friday although we can be flexible. 

Meridian Business Support is one of the largest privately owned recruitment companies in the UK, and as Recruitment Resourcer within the National Recruitment Centre you will be responsible for sourcing high volumes of candidates for a variety of temporary industrial roles across the UK.

You will be making in excess of 80 calls per day to applicants, explaining the role in more detail and asking a set of questions to ensure their suitability for the role. You will book the candidates in for a registration appointment with the local branch providing excellent customer service at all times. 

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

Customer Service experience within an office environment/ call centre is essential
Excellent IT skills are required including Word, Excel, Outlook and in-house databases/ CRM systems ideally
Any experience within the recruitment industry is advantageous but not essential
An excellent telephone manner with drive and ambition to succeed
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines is necessary
This role demands flexibility in that priorities change regularly and no working day is the same! This is NOT a sales role
