Location: Bethnal Green

Remuneration: £12.50-14phr

Contract Details: Temporary contract for 2 months

Working Pattern: Full Time 35-40hr week

Are you a passionate and talented chef with a flair for creating delicious meals from a variety of cuisines? We are currently seeking a versatile Chef to join our client's team in Bethnal Green on a temporary basis for 2 months. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of high-end catering food, ranging from Italian dishes to various other cuisines such as Indian, Thai, Greek, and more.
Develop menu ideas and create innovative and visually appealing dishes that meet the clients' expectations.
Ensure that food preparation and presentation are of the highest quality and meet all food safety standards.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a clean and organised kitchen, including monitoring inventory and ordering supplies.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer feedback or concerns.

Skills:

Extensive experience in preparing and cooking a range of high-end catering food, with a strong emphasis on Italian cuisine.
Demonstrated versatility in working with various cuisines, such as Indian, Thai, Greek, and more.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Excellent culinary techniques and knowledge of food safety standards.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
