Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Join our dynamic and growing distribution business based in the Chessington. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to lead our operations team and drive efficiency across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of our distribution centre, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Manage a team of supervisors and operatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
Implement and optimize processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance throughout the facility.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and timely fulfilment of orders.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to meet business objectives.
Analyse operational data and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Skillset:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the distribution or logistics sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for process improvement.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and distribution centre operations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Renumeration:

£50,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Bonus
