Job Title: Vehicle Test Technician (Navigation & Connected Car)
Location: Cranfield
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract, £19 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Test Technician for a 12-month contract to support the testing and evaluation of automotive electrical and electronic systems, specifically focusing on HMI, navigation, infotainment, telematics, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tests on automotive HMI and navigation/infotainment systems.
Execute and analyze test cases, reporting defects and software quality issues.
Perform basic vehicle disassembly to access key components.
Utilize vehicle diagnostic tools to aid in testing and evaluation.
Collaborate with Test Engineers for concern identification and reporting.Key Requirements:

Experience in automotive testing, especially with diagnostic tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for report writing.
Interest in smartphones and applications is an advantage.
Qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering preferred (C&G/BTEC L3)
