What does the role involve?

EMBS Engineering is in partnership with an engineering company located in Nuneaton that manufactures a range of different engineering technologies to create and develop specialist components.

Located at their site in Nuneaton, as a Paint Prepper you will be working in a fast paced environment, working on and prepping Carbon Fibre parts to a high standard, ensuring they are ready to be painted.

What experience do you need?

* Minimum of 2 years experience prepping / masking parts, carbon fibres, composites or high end vehicles

* Experience prepping / masking / sanding / polishing / priming

* Perform operations such as surface preparation, masking, and mounting components before painting

* Preparation of raw parts for primer and primer for topcoat

* Ability to remove shape issues from a panel in order to give a flat surface

* Able to use filler to fill voids and pinholes

* Permanent position

* Salary - £26k per annum + Shift allowance

* Morning & Afternoons, 37 hrs

* Monday to Thursday 6am - 2.30pm, Friday 6am - 11am

* Monday to Thursday 2pm - 22.45pm, Friday 10.30am - 3.45pm
