Job Title: Assistant Site Manager (Finishing)

Company: Established National Housebuilder
Duration: 3-Month Temporary Contract (Potential for Permanent)

Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in finishing? We're looking for a proactive professional to support the successful delivery of high-quality new homes for a well-respected national housebuilder.

The Role:

Overseeing internal finishing works, ensuring homes meet high-quality standards.

Managing trades and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and to specification.

Carrying out snagging and quality control checks.

About You:

✔ Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential construction.
✔ Strong knowledge of finishing works and high-end snagging.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
✔ CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid qualificationsrequired.
