A service organisation based in Emersons Green is currently recruiting a Financial Controller to join their team.

This is a newly created role working for a growing SME and is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

Duties will include:

* Management of staff, setting targets, coaching and appraisals

* Month end analysis and reporting

* Producing a full set of management accounts

* Review of working capital requirements for new projects

* Assisting with pricing strategies in different areas of the business

* Business partnering with senior operational team

* Continuous process improvement analysis within the finance team

The successful candidate will ideally be qualified and have experience of working in construction/facilities management. Excellent analytical skills and previous experience of managing staff are also essential
