On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Technician to join their quality team. This critical role requires exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining standards. The successful Quality Technician will support the quality team by preventing non-conforming products from reaching customers, utilising various inspection techniques, and working comfortably with a broad range of parts.

Key Responsibilities for the Quality Technician:

Conduct inspections ensuring compliance with drawings and documentation.

Manage and maintain the calibration system, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements.

Log and monitor the Non-Conformance (NC) and Return Material Authorisation (RMA) processes, including raising quality alerts, quarantining, and, if required, scrapping parts.

Actively contribute to and support root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions.

As a Quality Technician, your Experience would include:

Having worked within a Quality role prior (either junior or experienced).

Knowledge of ISO9001.

Familiarity with the use of basic inspection equipment and an understanding of technical drawings.

Experience with machined parts and associated processes.
