### The Role
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially A-Level.
- Plan and implement creative and effective lessons that develop students’ numerical and analytical skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing support and challenge where needed.
- Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities such as Maths challenges and STEM initiatives.

### About You
- A qualified teacher (QTS/PGCE) with a passion for Maths and education.
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths (KS5 experience desirable but not essential).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to a strong team culture.
