Estimating Manager - MEP (building services)

Parkinson Gray Associates is the leading recruitment agency in the Yorkshire building services sector. Our client has engaged us to assist them in recruiting an Estimating Manager. This major independent building services contractor operates across the UK in various markets, from large-scale commercial to retail.

As Estimating Manager, you will lead a team of building services estimators, both mechanical and electrical. Whilst you will still produce tenders, the role will focus on overseeing and managing the team beneath you. Reporting to the main board, you will be a vital member of the senior management team.

We are seeking an ambitious, proven building services estimator for this role. Your discipline bias does not matter. Due to the nature of our industry, you may be mechanically or electrically biased. That said, you should have a working knowledge of both disciplines. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the qualities required to be a good manager in a demanding and fast-paced building services contractor.
