A great opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a building services provider on a site the City of London Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development. 

The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working on a continental shift pattern, days and nights, the maintenance engineer can be electrical or mechanically bias, holding City and Guild / NVQ qualifications and have at least 3 years experience in the maintenance sector.

PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, BMS Operation

Requirements

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations or mechanical engineering.
