Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Initial project in Kent for 26 weeks, with future projects in the Home Counties.
Start Date: Immediate start within 1 week
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee a housing refurbishment project in Kent. This is a key role responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. Following the initial 26-week project, the successful candidate will continue to work on future projects within the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met.

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with current regulations and company policies.

* Manage subcontractors and coordinate site logistics.

* Monitor progress, quality, and costs, ensuring the project stays within budget.

* Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and suppliers.

* Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to.

* Looking after all the subcontractors

* reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or similar construction projects.

* All necessary certifications and tickets (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, etc.) must be up to date.

* Full, clean driving licence is essential.

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
